Guided Investing Cash Bonus Offer
Terms & Conditions
To be eligible to receive the Guided Investing $100 cash bonus offer (“Offer”), you must satisfy the following:
- Open your Guided Investing account AND deposit at least $500 into your account (“Initial Deposit”) by January 31, 2025.
- Open your Guided Investing account through the People First Federal Credit Union (“People First”) online banking application.
- Keep your Guided Investing account funded with at least the Initial Deposit for 30 consecutive days after the date Copper Financial receives your Initial Deposit to qualify for the Offer.
- Transfer your Initial Deposit into your Guided Investing account from an account at People First or an external bank account by linking your account through Plaid.
- Be a current People First member.
Within 30 calendar days of your Guided Investing account being funded for 30 consecutive days, a $100 cash bonus will be paid to your Primary Share Account at People First. Your Guided Investing account and your share account at People First must be open and funded at the time the cash bonus is paid.
The Offer is only valid on Guided Investing accounts. Other accounts available through Copper Financial are not eligible for the Offer. The Offer is only valid on individual, joint, Traditional IRA or Roth IRA Guided Investing accounts. Employees of Copper Financial, People First, and any affiliate of Copper Financial and People First are eligible to qualify for the Offer. You are responsible for selecting the account registration that is appropriate based on your personal situation. Limit one Offer per member, regardless of the number of accounts opened and funded during the offer period. At its sole discretion, Copper Financial reserves the right to pay the Offer for new Guided Investing accounts if the account is funded from a source other than a transfer from a bank account.

Cash bonuses credited to your People First account associated with your social security number or tax identification number, as applicable, totaling $600 or more within a calendar year will appear on your consolidated Form 1099. You should consult with your tax professional about appropriate tax reporting and treatment relating to this cash bonus. Any taxes resulting from the cash bonus are your responsibility.
