People First Welcomes Kevin Dono as Chief Information Officer

Bethlehem, PA – July 1, 2024 – People First Federal Credit Union (People First) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kevin Dono as our new Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective July 1, 2024. Kevin brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in tech leadership and innovation to our team. His role will be crucial in guiding our technology strategy and ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.


Kevin has demonstrated exceptional leadership in digital transformation, focusing on leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges, enhance operational scalability, and drive profitability. He has a strong ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment of technology goals.


Before joining People First, Kevin served as the Chief Information Officer at Kennebec Savings Bank. There, he cultivated C-suite and board relationships to integrate security-first principles into business plans, among other transformative initiatives. His extensive experience includes roles as Senior Director – IT and Operations at Quorum FCU and Senior Development Manager at MISYS.
