We know life can get busy, which is why People First provides a variety of quick and easy ways to manage your loan payments. Explore our flexible options and find the payment method that best suits your needs.

Loan Payment Options

Pay Online (3 Options)*

  1. Online Banking (External Loan Payments):
    • Make a payment directly through your online banking platform using the External Loan Payments feature, transferring funds from an account at another financial institution.
  2. Internal Transfer (People First Account):
    • Make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments by transferring money directly from your People First Checking or Savings Account.
  3. eLoan Payment Portal:
    • Use our dedicated eLoan Payment Portal for quick and easy payments.
    • To add a new loan: Enter your People First loan account number, Loan ID, and the Primary Borrower’s Birth Date.
    • To continue with an existing loan: Select the loan account from the list.
    • Important Note for the Portal:
      • You can find your full account number and Loan ID in online banking.
      • Do not use any leading zeros in your account number.
      • Example: If your account number is 123456 and your Loan ID is 0001, you would enter 1234560001.
      • Enter the primary borrower’s birthdate in MM/DD/YYYY format.
